Pre-School / Pre-K Rate Sheet

The full day Pre-School/Pre-Kindergarten program meets from 8:00 to 2:30 PM daily, with an available half-day option from 8:00 to 11:00 AM. Our childcare is in session year-round from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Rates are based on 12 equal monthly payments. A two week notice is required for withdrawal from any program.

Tuition is a yearly fee. For your convenience, we break it up into equal monthly payments. Payments are due the first of each month. A 3% discount will be given for prepaid yearly tuition only, if the full amount is paid by August 1^st. Payments received after the 10th of the month will be considered late and are subject to a $25.00 LATE CHARGE. Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 fee. A cash, money order, or credit card payment will be required for families with multiple returned check payments. BCS accepts cash, money orders, personal checks and credit cards. Credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. A credit card number is needed for enrollment, and will be used for overdue accounts. (One year of good payment history may waive this requirement.)

The Enrollment Fee is a NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE fee. It is due June 10th or upon acceptance. Attendance for any part (even one day) of a month constitutes the entire month’s tuition being due. If your account goes into the second month of being in arrears, BCS may choose to withdraw your child(ren) from the school. Records cannot be released with any outstanding balance. (Note: Childcare: ages 2 ½ – young 3 years, Pre-School: ages 3 – young 4 years, Pre-Kindergarten: ages 4 – young 5 years, & Kindergarten: ages 5 – young 6 years.)

School Closures & Christmas Break - BCS will be closed two weeks at Christmas, one over Spring Break,(Call the school for childcare availability.) and when inclement weather dictates. Because tuition is a yearly fee, THERE IS NO REDUCTION IN RATES FOR HOLIDAYS/MISSED DAYS. Regular Tuition Plans do not include Childcare offered during school closures; the Open-to-Close Plan covers anytime the Childcare is open.

Extended Care Program – “ETC” is a mandatory program for students on campus before 7:45 AM and after 2:45 PM. Children in attendance must be signed in and out each day. If occasional Childcare services are desired, a flat rate of $8.50 an hour per child will be assessed for drop-in care. Students not picked up by 6:00 PM, will be assessed $8.50 per child for each 15 minute increment starting at 6:01 PM.

*The August ETC Open-to-Close rate from Aug 16th – 31^st is $100 per child. NOTE: Other optional programs available may carry fees. See listing on a separate fee schedule.
