Our principal, Dr. Peggy Polson, has been in Christian education for over twenty years. A graduate of Liberty University with a music education degree, she earned both a masters and doctorate degree in education administration at Louisiana Baptist University. Dr. Polson holds a permanent certification from ACSI for All-Levels Principal. She has also completed the requirements to be director-qualified for childcare in Colorado. She and her husband, Allen, love ministry opportunities.  They have four sons, all in Christian education and youth ministry. A Colorado native, she loves music, sports, and multi-tasking!

Mrs. Rogers started teaching at Belleview in 1964. In 1977, she moved into administration as the Academic Dean. As chairman of the high school mathematics department, she continues to teach part-time and serve as Academic Dean. Her duties include new secondary student matriculation, handling transcripts, report cards, and records. Her children all graduated from Belleview; now she is blessed to have grandchildren attending Belleview Christian School. Desiring to see students become successful in mathematics, her classroom is often full after school as she offers homework help. More importantly, students cannot help but catch her contagious love for the Lord!

Mrs. Connie Wennen, our elementary administrator, has been a teacher and administrator at BCS since 1982. Her children attended BCS, so she knows first-hand the quality of education and spiritual training offered here. Her children graduated from BCS with excellent academic preparation and deep, genuine relationships with Jesus. Quoting Mrs. Wennen, “I am forever grateful that the things my husband and I were teaching and modeling at home were being reinforced here at Belleview. My son is now an engineer and my daughter teaches kindergarten here; both are loving and serving the Lord.”  “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.” III John 4

Mrs. Dani Duncan is our RenWeb administrator. She joined the BCS staff in January 2007. She holds a bachelor degree in Christian Education from Lee University and a Master of Arts in Discipleship and Christian Formation from the Church of God Theological Seminary. Dani has worked in child care centers in both teacher and assistant director positions, along with teaching 5th & 6th grades. Dani has over 5 years of junior high teaching experience. She teaches junior high math, science, and elementary computer classes. Dani is ACSI certified in Bible, K-8 teaching and All-Levels Principal. She loves her students and desires to see them grow personally and academically.

Mr. Joshua Polson is Belleview's athletic director.  Josh joined the Belleview family in 2005. He earned his Undergraduate degree from Liberty University and has a Master's Degree in Christian School Administration from Louisiana Baptist University. Josh also teaches Secondary Bible, coaches varsity girls’ basketball, and helps part-time in secondary administration. He is ACSI certified for All-Levels principal. Mr. Polson is the school-age summer camp  director. He enjoys building relationships with the students, encouraging them in their daily walk with the Lord.

Dr. Rendell Draper, our Dean of Students, joined the Belleview staff in the fall of 2009. Teaching three high school history classes, Dr. Draper has the opportunity to interact with students on a daily basis. He enjoys counseling and mentoring teenagers in his capacity as dean of students. He holds a Ph.D. in Divinity from the College of Biblical Studies at Survine Bible College in Aurora, Colorado. Having played college basketball for CCU, Dr. Draper is an avid sports enthusiast and volunteered as coach to the BCS boys basketball team in 2008.
